Many congratulations to Mr & Mrs Dare-M’Connell who got married at the very lovely Priston Mill Watermill on the 28th October 2017.
Hotshots Entertainment was booked to provide a Wedding DJ and from the client meetings. I knew it was going to be a great evening.
It started off cutting the cake and just before someone slipped over (she was fine) but it was a funny moment for the groom. The cake was 2 caterpillar cakes and they look awesome.
Finally, it was time for the first dance, which was The Script – Never Seen Anything Like You. Such a great song and it was one that was not originally in my collection but it is now.
The father and daughter dance was a special song. I was asked by Laura dad (Kevin) to mix 2 songs together. They were Heartland – I Loved Her First and into Crazy Ex-Girlfriend – I Love My Daughter which is very comical. At first, Laura had a few tears and then went it went into the other song she started to laugh.
Everyone after hit the dance floor and that was where most of the people stayed for the rest of the evening.
There were some great requests made on the evening along with the playlist that was given to me prior to the wedding.
Later in the evening, we had a couple of old school B-Boys who did a little bit of break dancing. With the windmill and a backspin being part of it, but I did not see anyone doing the worm. We did try to get someone up but they did not want to do it. When Ice Ice Baby came on there was a lady with some cool moves dropping down to the floor etc and everyone loved that and wanted to see more.
It did look like everyone was having a fantastic evening and I did take some pictures again, you can see a few below and the rest you can find HERE, please tag and share if you dare.
I would like to thank you both for booking with Hotshots Entertainment and to wish you both many years of happiness together.
