The evening started off with Lewis Hutton singing some songs in the lobby whilst we were setting up in the main room. Lewis did an excellent job keeping the guests entertained. Ben Pope from A Perfect Memory was there filming the whole day from the wedding prep until about 9pm. He captured some great footage throughout the day and early evening.
When the room was turned around and ready to go, all the guests back into the room along with the happy couple to cut the cake. Straight after everyone crowded around the dance floor, so the Bride and Groom could have their first dance.
Childish Gambino – So Into You was the song choice for the happy couple, everyone started to join them about halfway through. Then I played Earth Wind and Fire – September as requested by Rhea and Chris. From that moment on the dance floor was never empty.
The HotSelfie went down really well, with loads of selfie’s being taken, it was fun to see the ones they have taken. One was with a gentleman and a plant pot, where they left a message after saying….
There was so much dancing all night long from the wedding guests. It was very hot in the room and they tried there best to keep the windows and doors open. The drinks were flowing and everyone was having the best time ever. A great mix of music throughout the evening with some Kisstory style music, RnB, Garage, 90’s dance, Motown and up to date to keep everyone up all night long.
The last song of the evening was Oasis – Wonderwall and everyone was singing as loud as they could. I think there will be some sore feet and voices in the morning for some.
Thank you so much for booking with Hotshots Entertainment and we wish you both many years of happiness together.
