Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Lawrence who got married at the lovely Leigh Court.
Hotshots Entertainment was booked in to be their wedding DJ & what a night it was, I arrived at 6pm to get ready for a 7.30pm start, but as it was overrunning a bit (normal for weddings) they were still eating when I arrived, so I waited in the back room which was very nice & cosy, then I could hear the speeches start & was thinking not long now, but then the best men got up to do a speech & wow they had some great stories that lasted quite a while, but everyone was still having a great time. After they had dessert & made their way out of the room for some Tea & coffee, so it was time for the staff to go in & turn the room around & let me set up.
Once I was set up I did a quick sound check & made sure I have the lighting correct, they went for a penguin orange colour as there was loads of books & poster from the penguin books which all looked fantastic, Laura & Simon both decided they did not want a first dance, but gave me a list of their song choices, plus some from the guests as well, some very strange requests & there were some songs I had to buy for the evening as I did not have them.
Most people were up all night dancing in between the Hog Roast they had for the evening buffet & it looked like everyone had a great time, loads of cool dance moves.
I took some pictures on the night, you can find a few below & the rest you can find HERE, please tag & share if you dare.
You both looked amazing & I wish you both many years of happiness together. Thank you for booking with Hotshots Entertainment.
